So who’s the next “Wind Dummy”?
Will it be DEP Commisioner Lisa jackson or BPU head Jeanne Fox?
Does anyone remember Colin Powell’s use of that term to ridicule Christie Whitman, who naively believed George Bush’s 2000 campaign pledge to regulate carbon dioxide emissions?
Does anyone see a parallel?
