Look at the most desireable towns to live in all of NJ. What do they have in common? Are they "fully develped" with wall-to-wall strip malls and cheap Hovnanian condos? No. They have alot of preserved open space. This is what the free market says. If people like Doria and Roberts were not being bribed by developers no one would risk such stupid statements.
