The Office of smart GROWTH and the Guv were opposed to C-1 protections? What a big surprise (not). That kid Adam Zellner, who was once in McGreevey’s Smart Growth clique and then the Highlands committee left his position as Deputy Commish at DEP for the Guv’s office for some reason. It wasn’t to save DEP money.
