		<description>And situations like this will multiply exponentially with &quot;Licensed Site Professionals&quot; who will have the state&#039;s authority to grant a site &quot;No Further Action&quot; status while they are being paid by the polluter.  The bill creating LSP sits on Corzine&#039;s desk awaiting his signature.  Anyone who doesn&#039;t want all the environmental messes in NJ to be &quot;swept under&quot; a &quot;cap&quot; needs to call the governor&#039;s office and say &quot;don&#039;t sign the LSP bill&quot;.  It&#039;s an election year.....voters have a better chance of being heard.  It&#039;s industry, the chemical council and developers that pushed this bill through the legislature and now it&#039;s up to grass roots groups to put an end to it.
