The transcript of the January 5, 2012 public hearing on the Dupont RCRA permit modification for the Acid Brook Delta mercury sediment removal project is now available, see this link)
Because public testimony (Lois Gibbs and several residents) and my testimony (page 18-32) kicked ass, raised many issues of concern for followup, and could be helpful to residents trying to hold Dupont, DEP and EPA accountable, I will try to print it below verbatim.

Just did a FOIA for DuPont — As a current resident of Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request copies of all records for review in the possession of your department and/or office dealing with:
1. The transfer, transportation, delivery, storage, movement, etc. of uranium and/or depleted uranium to, from or on PLW; 2. The assembly, manufacture, storage, distribution at PLW of munitions, shells, shell caps or other products containing uranium and/or depleted uranium;
