Sorry to anyone who read my error – I misread the word “INELIGIBLE” for “ELIGIBLE” in the fine print. Wish I could say it was a typo but it wasn’t.
DEP’s permit writing facilitated this error by saying that the new GP repealed the old “construction dewatering” permit. Still, no excuses. Perhaps too eager to slam DEP also led to transposing the two words.
We sometimes make mistakes – we try to catch and when we learn of them we correct them. This was a big one! 50 lashes!
